This week I asked Platinum Concierge to find a single ticket for a sold out concert at The Barbican (London). After 48 hours she found at least two available at $450 each. Fortunately my friend kept checking the Barbican's website and found one for face value GBP45 (c $72).

This is a better outcome than my previous attempt to use the Platinum Concierge for London tickets. On that occasion they did nothing (literally), and admitted as much when I spoke with the supervisor. It was a factor in my decision to cancel the card.
