Unfortunately, paper airline tickets are like cash and always have been. Although it's weird that SWA Vacations can't issue e-tickets, if they did issue a paper ticket then there's no recourse for losing it.

My guess is that it's paper tickets because WN doesn't participate in any of the normal reservation systems, and SWA Vacations is acting as a travel agent.
