I made a reservation through the PC website having logged in earlier this week. On arrival at the HI Lancaster late last night was met with a blank look. After a lot of searching a reservation was found for a similar name to mine with a different PC number. However this reservation had my address and my credit card number attached as well as my reservation number. All in all a bit concerning and nobody seems able to explain what has happened. I will be watching my cc carefully for the next few weeks and have asked for an explanation. One minor annoyance - as the erroneous reservation did not include my plat status and I arrived late I got the last room and no plat benefits.
