I've looked into SWA Vacations a few times, but there seems to be very little integration with the airline and it has always turned me off from using them for anything (can't use RR tickets, paper tix, etc.). Why do they make it so difficult? Wouldn't it make sense to make it easier to fly when booking with SWA Vacations to incentivize customers to book through them?
