Not BA realted, but does not seem to stop other people...

I dropped John Lewis a note about having asked if Sunday Lunch was still available last week when the person seating us greeted us as we entered. Was told that it was... Then when the waiter came along, he told me that it was not and had not been for about 30 minutes. I only said that maybe better communication between the kitchen and front of house may be needed...

I now have a free lunch for two including drinks and pudding whenever I want... Lovely!
