I've booked AC on expedia twice before. Both times, I had great service with AC. First was YYZ-NRT-YYZ -- AC Eh-leet line R'ed both segments at the elite window (midnight eastern time). Second was YYZ-[3 cnx]-SFO, called AC and they moved me to the "important people" section (i.e. front few rows of Y)
