I posted something similar to this a few weeks ago. In some cases, it takes longer than the first Sunday to verify a move from Prestige to Elite, or Basic to Elite. [There is no inbetween mid-year status change when one hits Prestige from Basic.] Also, it is a holiday weekend here in Canada, so the Aeroplan Centre may not be operating its normal schedule. Wait until midweek, then call.

By the way, is your last flight shown as posted?
