Happened to me a couple of times lately. In the end the agent suggested to send an e-mail to web-support. They responded a couple of days letter, saying that they could not understand or see any reason why the certificate was not accepted, but replaced the old # with a new one which works. A side benefit it, that the validity dates start all new again, giving me a ton of additional time.
