I have a handful of e-certs. It seems like, after the first time I use one of them to successfully engage in a flight search, at some point later in that day or the next day the cert gets marked invalid. I get the error message

This promotion code has been used the maximum number of times.


Does anyone else experience this problem? Occasionally? Frequently? I see a few really old threads about it, but given how often I seem to run into it, I have to imagine either I am doing something wrong or there is a real bug in the way they implement their certificate system via the site.

I've called web support and gotten them to force through a few of the "overused" certs, but each time it is a hassle and they often give me the "one time goodwill" message as if they're cutting me some slack or something.
