Good Non-Chase / Non-Citi MasterCard Offer?
I've searched FrugalTravelGuy.com and FreeFrequentFlyerMiles.com on this but without success.

Today I got a health-insurance bill for $1400 which can be paid only with MC (or Discover). I'm haunted by the fact that I have no more credit cards needing spending, since I started receiving repeated denials when I applied for Chase and Citi cards because of too many applications / too many accounts.

So my question is, are there any good MasterCard signup offers from BOA, Juniper or other banks (not Chase or Citi)? My preference is hotel points, but any airline miles or cashback will work.

I have to pay the bill by Oct. 10.
