I wanted to fly from SFO to JFK, returning from HPN via IAD. So I entered HPN as the destination, and checked the "other nearby airports" box. The bomb only offered flights serving other NY region airports despite my keying in the exact hour of my HPN departure. I had to call web support to have them select the ex-HPN flight in conjunction with an e-cert.
