It can be done. I flew LH F last year, in the first 8 out of the plane (they block all the passengers on the lower deck and let the F passengers off the upper deck first), first to immigration with no queue and my bags were by the (still non moving) belt along with the other F passengers and HON Circle members.

Granted this was at T2 but I asked the LH man how they managed to get them out so quick and he explained that they were loaded separately, taken off first and driven to reclaim on their own. A man then brings them through from behind the scenes.

T3 looks great. Should be travelling through there later in the year / early next and hoping to try out the Kingfisher lounge.
