She said that CX decides what to release to partners so even if CX shows they have seats it doesn't matter as they have not released them to AA.

After several minutes of back and forth, rep finally put me on hold to go ask someone about it. After about 10 minutes she came back and said that she found out there is a group (not revenue management) and they will get in touch with CX and to call back in about 24 hours to check.

That's all that I can really ask for but I guess I should have gotten that group's name. I was busy debugging code while on hold so was only 1/2 thinking. I'll update everyone tomorrow. Thanks for all the help.
