I would venture to say that pretty much anyone here with an Amex has more than one.
Personally for what you plan on using your Hilton card for I would say the SPG Amex is a better card for you.
As for green/gold just so you know they are charge card products, not credit like your hilton, which means the balance is due in full at the end of every month. Choosing between the 2 depends on what you plan on using it for. Gold has more benefits than green and with the Premier Rewards gold you get 3x Points on Airfare and 2x Points on Gas/Groceries. They are also running a promotion right now where you get 10K points for first purchase and first year free on the card.
