If I were to stop staying at a chain every time a stay posts wrong on my account I would have to start carrying a tent on all my trips. Hyatt is notorious for posting stays wrong especially when requesting miles. That does not stop me from staying at Hyatt properties and enjoying the Diamond Status. Hilton always posts my points wrong when I book multiple rooms for the same time period. It does not stop me from staying at Hilton properties and enjoying the Diamond benefits - I was upgraded to a jacuzzi suite at an HGI on Monday.
