Although not really "non revenue", AA20 bookings provide customers with the rights (denied boarding compensation, AAdvantage miles, upgrades, etc.) and responsibilities (excess baggage fees, etc.) of a revenue ticket. An employee pay purchase an unlimited number of AA20 tickets for him/herself, dependents, a spouse/domestic partner, and parents, and are "regular" tickets with a 20% discount.
