Your best bet is an operational upgrade. Bar that, if the GA wants to treat you special he/she could do it for you. Worthwhile asking nicely, but I would not hold my breath.

If you need an electrical outlet try to get a seat in the first 10 rows in coach. This depends on the airport but most international flights have them.
