I fly the A-300 every other month MIA SDQ and all the seats are pretty much the same. The aisle seats can see the screen FWIW. Short flights are just Eye on AAmerican anyway.
I always sit in the first non bulkhead row not in the centre section but the 2 centre seats would be OK as well. At least they are aisles.
The last row on the door side is a good one as well as they sometimes use the door behind row 6 vs. in front of row 1 and you can get out faster when the coach pax figure out they have better proximity to the door and the FA's don't hold them back.
If you are flying a short route ( MIA-SDQ is a good example, 1:45 hrs.) skip FC and go in the 26 ab or hj seats and save points/$. SInce you have about 6 feet of legroom in those exit rows. I fly FC since I start in YYZ and connect.
