Most B fares (not all) to Asia have a $250 cancellation penalty, with the balance refundable. I am sitting on 4 of them for early next year and and made sure to print out the rules before I pulled the trigger.
I think it's typically $300 these days. But as always, one should print/PDF the rules for any fare purchased.
