I did end up taking a flight with Star Flyer. I never did find out the measurement for the seat width, but the seat was pretty comfortable, the the pitch more generous than I am used to!

It seems that the little piece of chocolate comes with the coffee as Q Shoe Guy mentioned, but not other drinks. I did see a non-coffee drinker ask for a piece and get one though. There is a cup holder on the seat in front too which I found nice (instead of using the tray).
