I wish oneworld has a more standardized system like Star to offer priority baggage handling for elites, or at least those who travel in premium cabins (even domestically).

some ow carriers do put the priority tag on your luggage when traveling in y. i know that cx put a "first class" tag on my bags even though i was traveling in y as per my exp status
