There are currently no published SFO-WAS fares in L class. There is one L class fare for NYC-SFO but there are time restrictions which do not allow for the 7:30am departure.

I don't understand your problem. There are no L fares available for you to purchase for those flights. It doesn't matter if there is L class inventory or not. AA is not selling L class for those flights.
