Ridiculous. I always have a pair of stretchy shorts with me for UA flights (almost always in C/F). Not so that I can show off my legs or to tweak the bluenoses but because UA planes are often TOO FREAKIN' HOT. I'm not going to sit sweating in some over-heated tube to spare the sensibilities of those without enough reading material to occupy their attention and keep them from butting in (pun intended) on others. So to those whinging about shorts in C/F, may I suggest you mind your own business and that you use this newfound solitude to get a life.
