Don't think so. Arrival facilities for J pax only, access not based on status or AC membership, thus no way a Y pax can get in unless they pay a day-rate. Someone else could confirm the cost.

An alternative solution (only if the Y pax is also connecting with you on a OW flight): use one of the BA lounges, all have showers, if I remember correctly.
