It seems like now countries like Israel do not require one to fill out a landing card. Is this going to be the same for the USA and other countries and we would only need to fill out a declaration card if we exceeded the requirements.
If you get Global Entry, you can avoid the lines and complete the declaration on a touchscreen kiosk. This comes at a cost, however, namely your privacy and $100 for 5 years. The passport with a chip in it doesn't really help much of anything as far as the traveler is concerned.
