I think what you are seeing is one of the three brand new 763's that AC has taken delivery of [a fourth aircraft is a few weeks late in arriving] for the CP pilot side. These would have been ordered with the standard AC 763 configuration with the international executive class and single seat on the right hand side. This also would mean Economy seating starts as row 12 as is the AC standard.
