Love the London Glasgow run in 1st on Virgin; wouldn't dream of the hassle of planes.
Also did Aberdeen direct on East Coast; also lovely though time and timings would be at play for that over air.

Lon-Brussels-Cologne-Fra? Fantastic, bring it on .. if well-priced in 1st.

Amsterdam is doable with a change in Brussels but connections are awful so that's a non-starter at present.
