Actually, I don't think that this is true. I know lots of non-frequent travelers that look around for the lowest fare. Travel agents can provide this, and the Internet makes it trivial. They just get on, do a search on Expedia or some other web site, and start looking at the results based on fare. How else could you explain the success of ATA?
