Agreed on Thornton Park. Plus the ethnic neighborhood restaurants and art shops just north of downtown. Fortunately, the customer I visit most in Orlando is just across the street from the hotel, so it's also an easy walk in the morning.
Having the Grand Bohemian in the Marriott fold has meant, for me, the discussion about which Marriott property in Orlando is the best is now over.
