Just like customer service personnell are unique and one of a kind, passengers also come in different sizes, shapes, and styles.

Just like the gentleman that I observed in the Montreal MLL last friday at 17:00. He plopped down his baggage at a table next to the bar, pulled out a canvas "shopping bag" and proceeded to fill it with Beer, wine, peanuts, cashews and fresh fruit from the available merchandise. I am not talking about a couple of items but a bag that must have weighed 30lbs by the time he waddled out.

A couple of us sat there with bemused looks on our faces. I wondered what if anything could/would be said and what kind of scene would take place.
