In a word, no.
As a RA I would like to stay at the IC but if it is too time consuming I would choose the Sheraton and maintain my Gold status
The Sheraton Bandara ("Airport") is, like the name says, within the airport grounds and thus quite convenient. The IC, while a very good hotel, is smack dab in the middle of Jakarta and anywhere from one to three hours from the airport depending on traffic.
