Because they believe they can sell a cabin full of Full Fare BE's (or M-Fare upgrades) by then.

Not trying to be a wise-guy. I'm just sayin'.

Delta's pretty protective of the Revenue stream on their BE product - and even at those prices - the cabins still seem to be pretty full.
