I ask because I don't want to spend time chasing a ghost but if it is a popular beer I would try and find it.
To clarify, Hong Kong Beer is the one that is available in bottles and on tap, although it may only be on tap at East End Brewery. I've had it in bottle form at Cochrane's in Soho and it was nothing special, your typical light beer. I believe it may be available for sale at select supermarkets but while in Hong Kong a few weeks ago, I didn't notice it at Taste, Wellcome or Jason's. It should be noted that I wasn't actively looking for it but I was extensively browsing the beer sections for some decent stuff to drink.

Typhoon T8 is only on tap as christep noted. I had it at The Globe (located in Central on Graham Street) recently, although apparently the GF and I had the last two and a half pints of the stuff. We returned a couple of nights later and they were sadly still out.
