I beg to differ. Although you will frequently wait for a gate at DFW I have never had to fly circles because of air traffic in perfect weather conditions. I also don't think traveling between gates is any easier ... perhaps I was just unlucky in the location of my &lt;missed&gt; connection. I will say though, IAH is one of the dreariest airports in the U.S. that I have been in.

I would rate the touch-in-go at the first attempt to land but alas, it was my first such experience other than as a spectator.
