IMO - there is some sort of on property meeting that takes up a large number of rooms. One time when we were there, there was some sort of a meeting of CEO level people that occupied a good chunk of the hotel and one morning there must have been about 50 black sedans with drivers in the vicinity of the hotel.
If you want the same neighborhood - perhaps check the Ritz Carlton?
