My biggest problem is BusinessExtraa points. They only post once per month. They often go missing, and it takes up to 3 months to get that corrected. Of course, this means flights might not get posted before the end of the year, and you lose out if you needed those mies for an award, and at the end of the year you lose points from an earlier year. That is, BE points expire, even with activity. The missing points have even been from flights in the same PNR with another passenger, and the other passenger's flights were credited. I have even segments from the same passenger on the PNR not post. This occurs even when all flights get posted for AAdvantage miles.

It's good to have a program for small businesses, but this one could use some work.
Awards booked in the same class as aadvantage mileagesavers have the same booking code, but change fees are charged. I am not aware of whether points can be redeposit, but I used some on the day of expiration to get an award, so I doubt that can be redeposited, since the points would be expired.
