If a RA books a club room, the upgrade is to premier room with club access.
Per an email from the hotel a couple weeks back re RA upgrades:

Deluxe Room will be upgrade to either Club InterContinental Room inclusive of Club Benefits OR Premier room (known as Junior Suite)

Club InterContinental Room inclusive of Club Benefits will be upgraded to Shophouse Suite

Club Premier Room inclsuive of Club Benefits will be upgraded to Executive Suite

Shophouse Suite inclsuive of Club Benefits will be upgraded to Ambassador Suite

Executive Suite inclsuive of Club Benefits will be upgraded to Presidential Suite
