checked in sometime early evening yesterday....no suites or itc rooms available as the property is sold out....the manager said she could move me to an itc one room the next day but i hate having to move rooms so i declined....so i got an upgrade to a towers room in the end....

room is on the 21st floor & is a fairly nice sized room....lots of bottles of free water & complimentary apples & chocolates in the room....

as a plat i get free internet (there are 4 speeds available but only the first 2 are complimentary for plats), 4 hour use of the meeting room, hi-tea between 4pm-6pm, cocktail hour from 6pm-8pm, complimentary ironing or laundry for 2 items....

there is a coffee cafe day right next to the hotel & a few shops within walking distance....

seems like a typical itc property....no complains so far but no wow factor as well....
