Yeah when the market was in a trough, now NZ has had two consecutive year of profit, more recently a very hefty Gross Profit. Customers choose to fly Air NZ not the other way around, plenty of choice! I am a loyal customer but i think NZ will definitely lose HVC at the expense of taking a few price orientated customers from Jetstar. And NOW NZ starts under-cutting Jetstar on price...
I do agree about the comments on how NZ look completely two different ways when it comes to Longhaul and Shorthall.
