capital vs Chase IHG (Priority Club)
Actually,Capital one has been very good to me, but they are stingy with their credit limits. I called them to explain I would be out of the country and they tagged my account so my credit card wouldn't be denied abroad. They even gave me bonus points for my trouble.

I suggest calling CS for any problems they seem very responsive (perhaps because of their prior bad reputation)

That having been said, Chase now offers a no fee foreign fee Priority Club Visa Card, It appears you have to sign up for Priority Club to see the offer on your account, I suspect the credit limits are high as they are with all the other Chase credit cards
