just felt the need to vent my frustration - again, as this continues to be a per rental struggle. I keep entering in the associated MR# with each rental reservation in the hopes that one day it will magically work properly. But nope. As I can be in 2-3 cities per week, it gets tough to remember to keep going back and requesting it AGAIN via the website. Then the dates don't always match and they tell you that they credited you for 01Sep already when there's nothing in the account for 01Sep yet 05Sep showed up. Grrr.
FIX YOUR BROKEN PROBLEM!! IF you make it difficult for people to utilize / obtain the "perks" for providing dollars to your business, you will lose that business.
