Look at the where the hubs are. This is like Nordstrom being taken over by Walmart and having the Walmart culture survive and the Nordstrom customers delirious with joy because of the change.
You can already tell by the difference in UA and CO Elite attitudes that there is a huge divide regarding expectations which is probably going to be very difficult to mend and be costly to the new UA.



It's nice to see that the old UA elite customer is so proud of himself. I'm glad you feel so sophisticated as a UA traveler. Good luck with the merger, you're going to need it.
