I left UA due to bad customer service
I was a Prem. Exec with them for years. I never had any problems to speak of and always enjoyed flying them. Then something changed. I'm not sure what but it may have been all the cut backs after 9/11. The Indian Call center was so frustrating to work with and when I did have a problem they would not work with me at all to make me a satisifed customer. So basically I switched to CO and have been happy. Yes, I have to deal with EWR snarly employees but hey, I lived in NJ all my life and I guess I expect snarly.
I will be really upset if the culture becomes more UA like and less CO like. I'm Plat this year and Gold so far for next year and beyond and my options are getting limited.
Actually, I finally flew Jet Blue and loved them unfortunatly out of EWR its only to FL. If they expanded from EWR I'd probably move to them if CO starts a down hill slide.
