Things start early in China, especially on weekdays. Places will get busy pretty quickly (on weekends). No lines (except at 88).

Off-topic: Had drinks at the rooftop bar of the Waterhouse Hotel the other day, was quite impressed. Try the wasabi martini.
I kind of despise Pheobe... it's a Chinese style club that actually has to pay women to attend (they are not 小姐 though).

For Monday's, Malone's is a logical choice because you can get any burger on the menu and a pint of Tiger for y50. The crowd is far from hip, but it's not too hard to have a good time there. Azul does y10 Mojitos on Mondays as well.

Tuesday: IIRC, I love Shanghai is good then

Wednesday: Brown Sugar. I will stop short of recommending Zapata's, but that's also an option. Wednesday (late) is as good a day as any to check out Mint.
