Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? Used the RCC as TG showers were down. Acceptable food, terrible drink offering.
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Yes. Separate line and air bridge.

Onboard - J cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes. Welcomed on-board by name.
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates? Yes. 45 minute push-back delay and headwinds both communicated promptly by flight deck.
Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes.
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Yes. Sparkling wine (appropriately described) / OJ / Water.
Additionally, after hearing about the delay (which due to some crazy routing, actually helped us personally get home earlier), the SD popped a bottle of Drappier for us to celebrate with, "Here's a couple glasses; party on!".

Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes.
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) 2 hours.
How was the quality of all the meals? Dinner: Appetizer was wonderful; Lamb was great. Dessert + cheese great as well. Breakfast: Omelet was acceptable for a plane, but not great.
Did the cabin crew continuously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? The Drappier never stopped. ^^^

SD was amazing, when I asked her name (as the tag was blank), I got a deadpan, "Trouble. Capital T." She and the rest of the crew kept us laughing the whole flight; when they weren't winking at me and bringing more Champagne.
SD had the FD send an ACARS to YVR so that Ops could reroute us direct to YYC (we were originally YVR-SEA-YYC), and had an answer within an hour confirming they could accommodate us due to the delay.
Honestly, after a few 100 flights, many of them in J, this was the best flight of my life. The crew deserves a huge round of applause.
