Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes (eventually), but the 763 required a full system shutdown

Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) 2.5 hours. It was almost one hour after take-off for the mixed nuts to arrive
How was the quality of all the meals? good entree, full selection of snack and cook hot breakfast
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? not consistent. crew did what was required, but much of them spent the entire time behind the curtain. When I went up to ask for water, I stood for at least 3 minutes while two crew minutes walked around me and spoke to each other and never acknowledged me or asked me why I was standing next to them.
