Last week I was in F LAX-DFW on a 777 (Flagship Suites). The guy opposite me (rumpled shorts and a T-shirt) kicked off his sandals exposing seriously dirty bare feet. He then used the fresh pillow and blanket (unwrapped from its plastic case) as a foot rest for the rest of the trip. Certainly felt for the passenegr in that seat on the next leg DFW-MIA if he wanted to use the pillow to take a nap.
