In my opinion that's one of the basic standards of a room, along with working bathroom and heat/air conditioning.

I would be pushing them to move me to a room with a working set (don't care if it is sold out, there will constantly be people checking in / out - let them put someone else in there) or walk me to another comparable property. If they can't do that, I think a significant refund is due.

Is the television size not detailed in basically every single room description on spg.com?
