When logged in to "My Account," I like the new addition listing my MVPG benefits under "Benefits," but there's one entry I take issue with.
Dedicated phone lines and staff for Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air Reservations, and for Mileage Plan.
Well, that's just wonderful, isn't it? If I only knew what the numbers were, I could call them. I mean, yeah, the actual numbers are on the back of the card, but what if, say, I lose the card? What if I don't have the card handy, such as right now, when I need to call customer service? The actual numbers should be listed as a benefit.
