They're refusing to do it ... because it's a different PNR ... The reason I did this booking which was more expensive than on another airline is to use the employee that was elite to get the first row ...

Frustrating that they can't do it for a PNR number which is a technicality, they have been booked the same day o n the same flight ... The return date was just different ...
